This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds and cancellations are handled for our services. By booking or subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Service Bookings (Doctor/Nurse/Paramedic Visits)
- Once a booking is confirmed, our team dispatches medical staff immediately.
- Cancellation within 10 minutes of booking → 100% refund.
- Cancellation after 10 minutes but before staff arrival → 50% refund (since staff resources are already allocated).
- No refund once staff has reached the patient’s location or the service has started.
2. Emergency Services (24/7 / Night Calls)
- Emergency services are priority dispatch and involve immediate allocation of doctors/paramedics.
- No refund for emergency calls once confirmed, except in cases where Vyydhyaa cannot deliver the service within the promised time (e.g., traffic disruption, unavailability of staff).
- If Vyydhyaa fails to reach you within 45 minutes (due to unforeseen circumstances), you are entitled to a full refund.
3. Subscription Plans (Basic, Standard, Premium)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly/annually in advance.
- If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and have not used any service, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
- If you cancel after using 1 service (doctor/nurse visit), a pro-rata refund will be calculated (subscription fee minus cost of used service).
- After 15 days, no refunds will be issued on monthly subscriptions.
- Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds (case-by-case basis).
4. Medicine Delivery Services
- For medicine delivery, Vyydhyaa acts as a facilitator between you and the pharmacy.
- Delivery fee is non-refundable once the order is dispatched.
- Refunds for medicines are subject to the pharmacy’s return policy, not Vyydhyaa.
- Wrong or damaged medicine delivery should be reported immediately to the pharmacy partner.
5. Rescheduling Services
- You may reschedule a doctor/nurse visit up to 1 hour before the scheduled time without any extra charges.
- Rescheduling within 1 hour may incur a small service fee (₹100–₹200).
- No reschedule option for emergency/night services once dispatched.
6. Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallet).
- Refunds usually take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
- No refunds for completed services.
- No refunds for missed appointments due to incorrect address, non-availability of patient, or wrong contact details.
- No refunds for discounted or promotional services unless explicitly mentioned.
